There is no need for a car as there is a bus route at the bottom of the urbanisation taking 20 mins to Marbella town centre or 10 mins to the heart of Fuengirola. The beach is approx 150mts from the front door ! We are right next door to El Chapparel which has one of the most enviable golf courses on the coast and the mountains can be seen from the top terrace.

You will have a weekly maintenance man on site each week to clean the pool area and maintain the garden. The owners are only 20 mins away so are on hand if you need anything.

A beautiful place to call home for a while at least ! We are looking for a holiday rental only on this. £1500 or €2000 per week. Deposit of €500 to be returned on vacation of the property subject to viewing damages missing items etc.

Taxi collection and drop off service available from Malaga Airport direct to the Villa €60 each way . Keys handed over on arrival and departure.
